ASSORTED MUFFINS
Ingredients
- 1000g Benoit Vanilla Muffin Mix
- 350g Fresh Whole Eggs
- 300g Vegetable Oil
- 250g Water
Application
- Mix all ingredients together for 3 – 4 min.
- Place it in Muffins tray
- Baking temperature 180°C
- Baking time 20 – 22 min

Additional flavors per 1kg batter:
- 400g Benoit Dark Chocolate Chips 42%
- 300g Raisin + 10g Cinnamon powder
- 50g Any fruit paste flavor
- 5g Any fruit essence
- Pipe any of Benoit Fruit Filling before or after baking
