Ingredients

• 1000g Benoit Vanilla Muffin Mix
• 350g Fresh Whole Eggs
• 300g Vegetable Oil
• 250g Water

Application

1. Mix all ingredients together for 3 – 4 min.
2. Place it in Muffins tray
3. Baking temperature 180°C
4. Baking time 20 – 22 min

Hints & Tips

Additional flavors per 1kg batter:

• 400g Benoit Dark Chocolate Chips 42%
• 300g Raisin + 10g Cinnamon powder
• 50g Any fruit paste flavor
• 5g Any fruit essence
• Pipe any of Benoit Fruit Filling before or after baking
