RED VELVET Honey CAKE
Red Velvet Cake:
- Mix all ingredients together for 3 – 4 min
- Place it in 60x40cm tray
- Baking temperature 180°C
- Baking time 12 – 15 min
- 500g Butter
- 300g Icing Sugar
- 500g Cream cheese
- 100g Sour Cream
- Mix Butter and icing sugar until creamy texture.
- Add cream cheese, do not over mix.
- Add Sour cream and mix gently.
Assembly and Finishing:
- After Cooling, cut 2 layers of Red Velvet and one layer of honey cake.
- Pipe cream filling on all layers.
- Decorate with honey powder made of roasted honey cake.
- Mix all ingredients together for 3-4 min.
- Place it in 60x40cm tray.
- Baking temperature 180C
- Baking time 12-15 min
