Red velvet honey cake

Red Velvet Cake:

Ingredients

Application:

  1. Mix all ingredients together for 3 – 4 min
  2. Place it in 60x40cm tray
  3. Baking temperature 180°C
  4. Baking time 12 – 15 min

Cream Filling:

Ingredients

  • 500g Butter
  • 300g Icing Sugar
  • 500g Cream cheese
  • 100g Sour Cream

Application:

  1. Mix Butter and icing sugar until creamy texture.
  2. Add cream cheese, do not over mix.
  3. Add Sour cream and mix gently.

Assembly and Finishing:

  • After Cooling, cut 2 layers of Red Velvet and one layer of honey cake.
  • Pipe cream filling on all layers.
  • Decorate with honey powder made of roasted honey cake.
