RED VELVET Honey CAKE
Red Velvet Cake:
Ingredients
Application:
Mix all ingredients together for 3 – 4 min
Place it in 60x40cm tray
Baking temperature 180°C
Baking time 12 – 15 min
Cream Filling:
Ingredients
500g Butter
300g Icing Sugar
500g Cream cheese
100g Sour Cream
Application:
Mix Butter and icing sugar until creamy texture.
Add cream cheese, do not over mix.
Add Sour cream and mix gently.
Assembly and Finishing:
After Cooling, cut 2 layers of Red Velvet and one layer of honey cake.
Pipe cream filling on all layers.
Decorate with honey powder made of roasted honey cake.
