Rainbow Cake

Assembly and Finishing

  1. After Cooling, cut rainbow cake in 5 layers
  2. Spread Vanilla Butter cream on all layers
  3. Decorate Benoit Blue Fondoit , pipe some blue cream on top
  4. Sprinkle Benoit Colored Vermicelli

Rainbow Cake :

Ingredients

  • 1000g Benoit Vanilla Muffin Mix
  • 350g Whole Eggs
  • 300g Vegetable Oil
  • 250g Water
  • 300g Benoit colored Vermicelli

Application:

  1. Mix all ingredients together for 3 – 4 min
  2. Add Colored Vermicelli last 30 seconds
  3. Place it in 60x40cm tray
  4. Baking temperature 180°C
  5. Baking time 12 – 15 min
