Honey Cake
Honey Cake Sponge:
Application:
- Mix all ingredients together for 3 – 4 min
- Place in 2 x (60x40cm) tray
- Baking temperature 230°C
- Baking time 4 – 5 min
Cream Filling:
- 500g Dairy Cream 35%
- 200g Sweetened Condensed Milk
Application:
- Whip the cream, add the condensed milk and mix slowly by hand
Assembly and Finishing
- After cooling, cut sponge into 6 layers
- Apply cream on all layers
- Cover the cake with honey powder made from roasted honey sponge
- Pipe some honey on top
