Hints and Tips
- Additional flavors per 1 kg batter.
- 300g Benoit Vegan chocolate chips
- 50g Any vegan fruit paste flavor
Vegan Cake:
Ingredients
- 400g Benoit Vegan Cake Mix
- 250g wheat flour
- 350g Sugar
- 450g Vegetable Oil
- 320g Water
Application:
- Mix all ingredients together for 3 – 4 min
- Pour each 1500g in 30x40cm tray
- Baking temperature 180°C
- Baking time 30 – 35 min
