Red Velvet Cake:

Ingredients

Application:

  1. Mix all ingredients together for 3 – 4 min
  2. Place it in 60x40cm tray.
  3. Baking temperature 180°C
  4. Baking time 12 – 15 min

Cream Filling:

  • 500g Butter
  • 300g Icing Sugar
  • 500g Cream cheese
  • Opt Vanilla

Application:

  • After Cooling, cut Red Velvet in 3 layers.
  • Pipe cream filling on all layers.
  • Decorate with Red Velvet cubes and chocolate decoration.
