Red Velvet Cake

Assembly and Finishing

  1. After Cooling, cut Red Velvet in 3 layers
  2. Pipe cream filling on all layers
  3. Decorate with Red Velvet cubes and chocolate decoration

Red Velvet Cake:

Ingredients

  • 1000g Benoit Red velvet Mix
  • 350g Whole Eggs
  • 300g Vegetable Oil
  • 250g Water

Application:

  1. Mix all ingredients together for 3 – 4 min
  2. Place it in 60x40cm tray
  3. Baking temperature 180°C
  4. Baking time 12 – 15 min

Cream Filling:

Ingredients

  • 500g Butter
  • 300g Icing Sugar
  • 500g Cream cheese
  • Opt Vanilla

Application:

  1. Mix Butter and icing sugar until creamy texture
  2. Add cream cheese, do not over mix
  3. Add Vanilla
