REd velvet cake

Red Velvet Cake:
Ingredients
- 1000g Benoit Red velvet Mix
- 350g Whole Eggs
- 300g Vegetable Oil
- 250g Water
Application:
- Mix all ingredients together for 3 – 4 min
- Place it in 60x40cm tray.
- Baking temperature 180°C
- Baking time 12 – 15 min
Cream Filling:
- 500g Butter
- 300g Icing Sugar
- 500g Cream cheese
- Opt Vanilla
Application:
- After Cooling, cut Red Velvet in 3 layers.
- Pipe cream filling on all layers.
- Decorate with Red Velvet cubes and chocolate decoration.
