Oreo Cake

Assembly and Finishing

  1. After Cooling, cut oreo cake in 3 layers
  2. Spread cream filling on all layers
  3. Cover the cake with butter cream like naked cake
  4. Pour Benoit Chocolate Miroir with dripping on the side and decorate with oreo cookies and chocolate decoartion

Oreo Sponge :

Ingredients

  • 1000g Benoit Chocolate Cookies Mix
  • 350g Whole Eggs
  • 300g Vegetable Oil
  • 250g Water

Application

  1. Mix all ingredients together for 3 – 4 min
  2. Place it in 60x40cm tray
  3. Baking temperature 180°C
  4. Baking time 12 – 15 min

Oreo Filiing :

Ingredients

  • 500g Butter
  • 300g Icing Sugar
  • 500g Cream Cheese
  • 200g Oreo Crumble

Application

  1. Temper the chocolate
  2. Add cream cheese, do not over mix
  3. Add oreo crumble
