Chocolate Nougat :

Application

  1. Temper the chocolate
  2. Mix with praline hazelnut 50%
  3. Add all nuts and pour in the mould
  4. Place in the fridge to set

Chocolate Ganache :

  1. Temper the chocolate
  2. Mix with dark cacao filling
  3. Add cocoa nibs

Assembly and Finishing

  1. After cooling, cover the chocolate nougat with chocolate ganache.
  2. Once set cut into 2cm slice.
