BROWNIE SQUARES

Ingredients

  • 2500g Benoit Brownie Mix
  • 400g Water
  • 200g Liquid Cream 35%
  • 200g Whole eggs
  • 500g Chopped Walnuts

Application

  1. Mix all ingredients together for 5 – 6 min.
  2. Place it in 60x40x5cm tray.
  3. Baking temperature 180°C
  4. Baking time 20 – 25 min

Assembly and Finishing

  • After cooling, spread Virtue Hazelnut cream 12%
  • Cut the Brownie into 8×8 squares
  • Cut small Brownie cubes 1x1cm and place it on top
  • Decorate with Benoit Caramel Topping
