- 2500g Benoit Brownie Mix
- 400g Water
- 200g Liquid Cream 35%
- 200g Whole eggs
- 500g Chopped Walnuts
- Mix all ingredients together for 5 – 6 min.
- Place it in 60x40x5cm tray.
- Baking temperature 180°C
- Baking time 20 – 25 min
Assembly and Finishing
- After cooling, spread Virtue Hazelnut cream 12%
- Cut the Brownie into 8×8 squares
- Cut small Brownie cubes 1x1cm and place it on top
- Decorate with Benoit Caramel Topping
